You will be required to frequently travel to our Andheri East office based on business requirements/meetings or for company/team events.
We are in search for a Finance Expert to support the Finance Business Partner (FP&A) in areas pertaining, but not limited to - Revenue analysis, P&L analysis, P&L preparation, Variance Analysis, Tracking spends as against Budgets, Margin monitoring and recommendations, Business decision-making support and Ad-hoc modelling to support business requests. End-to-end ownership of the Budgeting & Planning process.
Budgeting and Planning:
- Manage and drive the budgeting and forecasting process end-to-end.
- Collaborate with various departments to create and manage annual budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against the budget.
Financial Business Partnering:
- Work closely with business POCs to provide business decision-making support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business, provide timely insights which are data and rationale driven.
MIS Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare, analyze, and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance through detailed MIS reporting.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze large sets of financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Create and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
- Present financial analysis and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Clearly articulate financial insights and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data and analysis.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for financial planning and analysis.

Must Have:
- 3 to 5 years of strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- CA or CMA qualification with strong business inclinations and experience with Business Units (BUs).
- End-to-end ownership of FP&A operations, including aligning with peers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and financials. Hands-on experience and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in MIS preparation, analysis, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial outputs clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business operations and problem-solving from a financial perspective.
- Ability to handle large sets of data, perform detailed analysis, and provide data-driven insights.
Good to Have:
- Experience with cost budgeting, including zero-based budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with data facilitation tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in building flexible and user-friendly models for decision-making support.
- Experience in handling data requirements to support audit queries.
- Round 1: Test - Analysing a report.
- Round 2: Interview with the Senior Manager, FP&A.
- Round 3: Interview with the AVP, FP&A.
- Round 4: Interview with the CFO.
- Round 5: Interview with the HR Business Partner.
