The Process Manager (PM) plays a key role in managing the end-to-end workflow, including project allocation and delivery. In this role, the PM will be working in the Delivery function and will be expected to coordinate various aspects of delivery, such as understanding and collating client instructions, assigning suitable translators and reviewers, ensuring timely delivery as per client turnaround-time expectations, and conducting a final check on project documents before submission. The Process Manager is also expected to handle client inquiries from the client manager and provide timely resolutions.
- Assign projects to the suitable translator and reviewer (from the correct domain) on the in-house workflow management system, ensuring that each of the project steps is managed in a timely manner according to the client’s deadline
- Respond to customer enquiries from customer service managers
- Be responsible for the quality, instruction compliance, and timely delivery of the project
- Manage timely communication with freelance translators and plan their work schedules
- Perform final check for confirming the quality of deliverable before delivery to the client
- Bachelor’s degree and Preferable – Master’s degree in operations management or completion of PMP certification
- 5 years of experience in project management and preferable – 2-3 years of experience in the translation industry
- Medium to high proficiency in MS Excel
- Effective English communication (verbal and email)
- Preferable - Strong understanding of computer-assisted translation (CAT) technology

For this role, the process begins with a take-home assessment, where candidates will have an agreed-upon timeline to complete the task. This is followed by an interview with the hiring manager, a technical round with the project manager, and a final round with the HR Business Partner. All interactions will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
