We are seeking a creative, data-driven Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills (especially short, targeted marketing copy), along with expertise in SEO, blog management, data tracking, and conversion rate optimization. The Content Marketing Manager will need to liaise with internal stakeholders and freelancers, which will require them to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound leadership, and quick decision-making abilities.
- Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that blends SEO best practices with user engagement tactics to drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversions as well as other content-led initiatives to maximize brand visibility and impact.
- Content Creation: Craft content across formats (long + short form content, with a focus on web copy, emails, brochures, SEO-optimized articles, case studies – experience with creating video/visual assets will be a boon), audiences (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), and for different purposes (highlight product value proposition, get leads, engage users) to meet our business goals.
- Content Optimization: Work with SEO team to track performance, do competitor research, and regularly reoptimize content to maintain high search engine rankings, improve organic traffic, and optimize conversion rates.
- Blog and Website Management: Manage blogs (publish/update posts to enhance user experience and connect with product), and websites (create new pages, run conversion-focused experiments, and make updates) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Conversion Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators for the team and provide regular reports to evaluate content effectiveness, optimize strategies accordingly.
- Content Outreach & Distribution: Develop and implement strategies to distribute content via owned channels or third-party platforms to increase brand awareness and recall, and improve domain authority.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Relationships: Develop processes and manage relationships with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce high-quality content across formats or for specific projects.

- 3-5 years in content marketing, with at least 2 years of prior experience of working in a product/tech-first company/startup or a B2B SaaS company.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and ability to tailor content for different platforms and optimize for SEO or targeted marketing campaigns. Experience with creating infographics, short videos (preferred).
- Proven experience with SEO, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Strapi, and tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, CleverTap, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, social listening tools.
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised. Our selection process typically involves an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical assessment, and two to three interview rounds.
For this role, the process begins with an assessment round to evaluate technical skills. Following this, candidates will participate in Round 1, lasting 45 minutes, where their technical knowledge, attitude, and learning ability will be assessed. Next, candidates will proceed to Round 2, lasting 30 minutes, which includes a technical assessment and evaluation of team fit. The final step is a 30-minute HR interview. All interviews will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
