As the Senior Manager – Growth Marketing, you will take full ownership of growth, marketing, and revenue strategies, ensuring we drive customer acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and unlock new market opportunities.
This role requires a data-driven, hands-on leader who has successfully scaled an ecommerce business, understands global consumer behavior, and thrives on delivering measurable business impact. You will collaborate with Product, Digital Marketing, and BI teams to create high-impact marketing strategies, optimize customer journeys, and ensure every marketing effort translates into real revenue growth.

Growth & Strategy
- Develop & execute data-driven growth strategies to expand the ecommerce business across key markets.
- Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel—increase conversion rates, reduce drop-offs, and improve retention.
- Identify new business opportunities—drive expansion through partnerships, paid and organic growth strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, revenue impact in USD).
Business & Marketing Leadership
- Drive business growth, not just marketing KPIs—every action must lead to tangible revenue outcomes.
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, partnerships, content marketing, social media).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Marketing, Product, BI) to create seamless customer journeys.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Directly manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists.
- Work closely with the centralized Digital Marketing team.
- Align with Product & BI teams to leverage data insights for better decision-making.
Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in ecommerce and customer behavior.
- Localize growth strategies to cater to diverse markets (India, Indonesia, Middle East, USA).
- Optimize customer segmentation & targeting to enhance personalization and engagement.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in growth marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, Publishing, or Research Services).
- Ecommerce Expertise: Deep understanding of growth levers, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategies in ecommerce.
- Market Knowledge: Strong exposure to global and emerging markets such as India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and the USA with experience localizing strategies for different audiences.
- Growth & Marketing Tools: Hands-on expertise with growth marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics, optimize strategies, and drive business growth.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Product, BI, Digital Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Scalability & Impact: Experience in scaling B2C or B2B2C businesses, ideally in niche markets like researchers, professional services, or specialized ecommerce sectors.

For this role, the interview process begins with the Head of Marketing, focusing on growth strategy, technical expertise, and business impact. Next, candidates will proceed to Interview 2 with the HR Business Partner, assessing leadership, cultural fit, and career aspirations. The final stage is a Panel Interview with key stakeholders, evaluating strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and overall suitability for the role. All interviews will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
