You may choose to work from home in Mumbai; however, you will be required to travel to our Andheri East office once a week for business requirements, meetings, or company/team events, or on short notice as needed.

- Design and implement innovative engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture in a remote-first environment, ensuring employees feel connected, valued, and inspired.
- Organize and execute both in-person and virtual events, including company meetups, awards, and cultural celebrations, across multiple locations in India while ensuring seamless planning and execution.
- Develop compelling internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, motivated, and engaged, ensuring a strong connection between teams and leadership.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions, analyzing insights to refine engagement strategies and improve the overall employee experience.
- Lead the execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and wellness programs, ensuring initiatives that foster inclusivity, belonging, and well-being across the organization.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 16+ high-impact events annually while maintaining a lean budget, bringing creativity and resourcefulness to deliver impactful experiences beyond what money can buy.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, admin, IT, and function heads to drive engagement initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and enhance understanding between teams.

- Top-notch verbal and written English communication skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Employee Experience, People Engagement, HR Communications, or Event Management.
- Proven expertise in event planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong customer-first approach, emotional maturity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to engage remote teams and drive participation in virtual events.
- Background in marketing, internal comms, or L&D is a plus.
- Experience working with employee engagement tools like Amber or running engagement surveys is a plus.

For this role, the process begins with an interview conducted virtually by the Director, Employee Experience. Following this, candidates will complete a couple of personality assessments to evaluate key traits relevant to the role. Next, shortlisted candidates will participate in an interview with the CHRO for which we may request you to visit our office in Andheri East.
