About Us:

We are a growing biotech company seeking a Research Scientist to join our newly established Cell Line Development Division. This role focuses on cell line characterization, ensuring the quality and stability of cell lines used in research and biologics production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cell line characterization studies, including growth curves, viability assays, and stability assessments.

• Conduct molecular and protein analyses, such as qPCR, ELISA, and Western blotting.

• Support the cell line development team by generating data to evaluate high-productivity clones.

• Troubleshoot variations in cell performance and suggest improvements.

• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to technical reports.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• MS or BS in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.

• Intermediate hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and characterization.

• Skilled in analytical techniques such as qPCR, Western blot, and ELISA.

• Familiarity with protein quality analysis tools is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
