Who we are looking for
10 years experience in pharma market covering commercial roles (at global or local level) ; Special Care experience is preferred
PhD/Master’s degree in life science or business
Fluent English
In-depth knowledge of the Pharma market locally and/or internationally
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to think creatively; advocate for adopting innovative approaches and ideas
Relationship management, communication and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Active listening and ability to understand different perspectives
Flexibility
Empathy
Place of work: approx. 50% time presence in Parma is requested; flexible solutions can be envisaged
Availability to travel: up to 30% of the time
