Who we are looking for

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic guidelines to ensure brand growth while meeting customers’ needs
  • Be responsible for the definition of the Global strategic document, including brand&area strategy, personas finetuning and strategic initiatives definition per customer
  • Manage the set up and execute Global Strategic initiatives
  • Meet the customers; partner with key external stakeholders to ensure the success of the brands and added value to patients and medical community
  • Lead the Global Team, where all the affiliates are involved with the aim to discuss core topics, share experiences/ideas and define actions to maximize asset value across territories
  • Act as Commercial Project Lead of the Core Team with representatives of global functions supporting brand LCM (i.e. medical, market access, regulatory, clinical and any other necessary ad-hoc role); develop and maintain a strong relationship internally, becoming the reference point for the area across functions
  • Be accountable for business cases aimed at evaluating acceleration plans, new geographies, new indications, brand investments, clinical studies
  • Support the Pipeline development team and business development in the assessment of new potential assets (Global and/or Local, in-market and/or in development) to enrich the Transplant portfolio

Experience Required

10 years experience in pharma market covering commercial roles (at global or local level) ; Special Care experience is preferred


PhD/Master’s degree in life science or business


Fluent English

Place of work: approx. 50% time presence in Parma is requested; flexible solutions can be envisaged

Availability to travel: up to 30% of the time
