Purpose

Ensure an appropriate and continuous supply of finished goods to the customers in the country as per their demand in a timely manner, including supply planning, inventory management, labeling and repackaging.

Main Responsibilities

1. Pro-actively monitor and predict market, business environment, quality/regulatory, trade and technical changes and adapt supply plans accordingly.
2. Establish a direct communication with Global Planning team to give visibility of sales opportunities or possible supply disruptions.
3. Shipment plan execution’s follow-up
4. Coordinate the customs release with the custom broker and inbound process with the 3PL for all the product arrival.
5. Provide effective communication within the business community on demand and supply signals.
6. To manage inventories, ensuring best practices are followed and appropriate with the company policies and guidelines.
7. Perform activities in line with global and local financial policies, review on a regular basis inbound delivery, outbound deliveries (returned goods), inventory by product and resolve discrepancies and returns.
8. Follow -up to the release of products by the quality area, coordinate movements with the warehouse for its change of location.

Experience Required

Experience in ​​planning and inventory management at least one year and preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. 3 years’ experience in areas of Logistics, Distribution and Supply Planning.

Education

Completed Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) IN MARKETING, ADMINISTRATION, COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING.

Languages

Spanish and English: Professional level

• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
• Preferably knowledge and management of SAP (inventory module)
