Chiesi Global Manufacturing Division

Chiesi Group has three production plants: Parma (Italy); Blois-La Chaussée-Saint-Victor (France); Santana de Parnaíba (Brazil). The plants produce a total of over 110 million units per year.

The production plant in Parma covers a total area of more than fifteen thousand square meters and it is the strategic hub for the production and distribution of our products, being an international supply center that exports to more than 80 countries. The Parma plant produces solid medicinal products, such as tablets and inhaled dry powders; inhalation solutions and suspensions, either pressurized or sterile single-dose vials; vials of sterile suspension for endotracheal administration; liquid forms such as drops, syrups and nasal sprays.

Santana produces pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalant therapy (MDIs) and supplies both domestic market and Group’s Affiliates and exports to licensees and distributors. Blois specializes in Dry Powder Inhalers and final assembly stages of the Metered-Dose Inhalers (MDIs), supplies Group’s Affiliates and distributes directly to clients at a local level and in export markets.

Who we are looking for

Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Global Warehouse & Transportation, within the Corporate Supply Chain structure, the figure will have the opportunity to join a dynamic department focused to the physical flow of the products of our portfolio from the manufacturing sites to the final customers. The person will have the possibility to operate in the primary and secondary logistics with primary multinational partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in managing IT Projects (e.g. SAP new features) related to the Warehouse & Transportation Area until reaching the role of Key user;
• Collaborate to the management of Due Diligence Projects and, subsequently, in the implementation and integration phases of the inorganic growth projects;
• Accounting Management of the costs, CAPEX & OPEX, and their correct allocation during the Budget and Forecast processing phases as well as the monitoring phase for the Warehouse & Transportation Area;
• Interface with the Ecological Transition Department in the implementation of new projects and for the collection of emissions of Co2e;
• Support in scouting and selection of the partners for the secondary distribution (until reaching the role of Subject Matter Expert);
• Be involved in the development of GMD projects (e.g. new propellant, Biotech Hub, Supply Chain Strategic Plan implementation).

Experience Required

2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or similar roles.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Economics or similar fields;
• A specialization in Logistics will be considered as a plus.

Languages

Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Package (in particular, Excel);
• Proficiency with SAP;
• Familiarity with budget management and expenses monitoring;
• Knowledge of GDP.
