Our AgeAssured program helps seniors age successfully in their own home. We do so by using data science to identify the best wellness services for each person.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us grow our leading product into new frontiers. This role reports to the Head of Product.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the planning, development, and execution of our software products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed user expectations. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in product management within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of a vision and roadmap for your product areas
  • Participate in market research to identify user needs and product improvements.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand pain points and needs
  • Analyze performance data to understand product usage and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with the software development team, turning needs into requirements, writing tickets, creating mockups
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
  • Ensure the successful execution of the requirements and the creation of real business value

Requirements:

  • 3 - 6 years of software product management experience
  • Experience in data product management and data technologies and best practice
  • Experience utilizing Agile and/or Scrum software methodologies
  • Experience working with stakeholders in the US
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience with contact center solutions - an advantage
  • Experience in B2B2C - an advantage
  • Experience in healthcare / case management systems - an advantage
  • Fluent English - mandatory
  • The role requires occasional travel to the US
