We are currently looking for a Senior Scientific Expert Quality Control for our CSL Behring site in Bern. In this position you will be supporting the QC activities and projects within Quality Control Bern and will be directly reporting to the Manager, Head QC Operation Support.
Key Tasks
Consistent, professional and timely completion of the establishing respectively amending product specifications (in-process, bulk, filling)
Consistent, professional and timely assessments of CSL change requests as QC assessor/coordinator
Professional and timely coordination of QC change requests
Professional and timely generation and editing of the owned SOPs
Professional and timely coordination of QC projects as per scope
Professional and timely support in all administrative tasks for QC OpS Manager and departments as per clients assignments
Professional and timely support in all requests by authorities regarding reagents, control and reference material
Professional and timely support in global projects and cross site activities
Support and collaboration in resolution of technical questions or problems regarding batch release
Consistent, professional and timely capture and editing of summarizing QC OOX results
Establish and maintain contacts with global partners
Collaboration in resolution of technical questions or problems, i.e. participation in local and/or global working groups, projects, initiatives and task forces
Respect the CSL Guidelines regarding health, safety and environment
Your Profile
Minimum: Bachelor or Technical High School in natural sciences, pharmacy, chemical engineering or related field. Alternatively: Laboratory technician with well-founded experience in the field of resposibility.
Project management Qualification an advantage
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry with significant exposure to GMP or closely related environment.
Microbiological, biological, chemical or biochemical analytics in medicinal or pharmaceutical GMP environment
Fluent German and English language
