Job Scope

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, conducting market assessment, creating the marketing strategy, working closely with Sales, SA and cross-functional team to achieve sales target and meet customers’ satisfaction.

Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to “Go-to-Market”. This is involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform on-going analysis and assessments to better understand the features and benefits that are required for improved customer satisfaction and sales success
  • Organize professional seminars, conferences and product demonstrations at trade shows
  • Provide Sales & Marketing and Product Training to local sales partner and end users
  • Continuously monitor End Users’ satisfaction
  • Participate in pre-marketing and new products launch activities
  • Assist to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, speakers
  • Execute the marketing activities according to the budget for the Country
  • Maintain knowledge of current methods, testing and techniques through continuous education and or appropriate materials
  • Others assigned by the company

Education, Experience, And Qualifications

Education / Specialization:

  • Master Degree in Clinical laboratory, Biomedical, Biology, Chemistry or Pharmacy
  • Degree in biology is a plus

Experience:

  • 5+ years working experience in multinational companies
  • 3+ years professional experience as marketing product manager for an In Vitro Diagnostic/bioscience/pharmacy company
  • Experience in managing automated system for the diagnostic laboratory use

Technical Competencies

  • Strong technical product knowledge and know-how of diagnosis products

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Seasoned Experience using Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel

Languages: English, local language

Travel availability: >50% travelling is required within the assigned territory
