We are seeking an Application Specialist with expertise in Lab Automation and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows to support DISPENDIX's customers throughout the EMEA region. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, sales teams, and R&D, providing specialized support and facilitating the development of customized automation solutions for NGS workflows. You will also play a key role in pre-sales activities, leveraging your expertise to guide customers and support sales efforts.

• Educational Background: PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field, with experience in lab automation preferred
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a genomics or molecular biology lab, with hands-on experience in NGS workflows
• Technical Skills: Expert in laboratory automation technologies (e.g., liquid handlers, dispensers) and willingness to develop expertise in DISPENDIX’s automation systems
• Communication Skills: Strong organizational and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to explain technical concepts to both scientific and commercial audiences
• Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel in average 50% (domestic and international) for customer visits, installation and pre-sales support
