We are seeking a dedicated student to support our Nordic teams within Regulatory Affairs, Patient Safety and Quality Assurance. The role is based in Finland, and you will be part of two highly skilled and friendly teams that span across the Nordic countries.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Support product complaint management across the Nordic countries, including Collecting, translating, responding to, and documenting complaints.
• Support translation and quality control of Product Information, such as Summary of Product Characteristics, Patient Information Leaflet and User Instructions for Finland and Sweden.
• Support Literature monitoring for Adverse Events and translation of Adverse Events across the Nordic countries.
• Ad hoc tasks within Regulatory Affairs and Patient Safety.

The role is part of Lilly’s student intern program, which includes possibilities to learn about the various roles within the pharma industry, network, and engage cross-functionally in the Finnish affiliate and across the Nordic countries.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• You are a life science student (such as pharmacy) with at least 1 year remaining before graduation.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English and native Finnish or Swedish. Bonus points if you know both Finnish and Swedish!
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Good IT skills and ability to work virtual.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• The position is fixed term for 1 year.
• Hours: We seek a student to work 15-20 hours per week, offering flexibility to balance work and studies.
• Compensation: Hourly payment.
• Location: Eli Lilly Finland, Helsinki.
• Preferred starting date: As soon as possible.
