Develop and implement internal communication strategies in line with global and local policy and aligned with affiliate business plan and activities.

• Lead all level Townhall: responsible from townhall design, content development and logistical arrangement, as well as working with IBU and global counterparties.

• Lead all internal communications, foster Lilly China’s culture of ARS and winning with integrity to make Team Lilly better.

 Lilly China Culture story, including employee and executives (work with Corp Comms to make sure the messages alignment).

 Act as project manager role to working with PR leader to drive GDOS program and global branding campaign China roll out.

 Affiliate corporate collaterals renew and management.

 Work with HR DEI colleague to drive China DEI programs and executive messages.

 Lilly China Newsletter release management.

 Further enhance collaboration with IBU comms.

• Lead media monitoring program for China affiliate and social/digital platform management.

 Social digital platform: internal and external WeChat, lilly China website owner, LillyNow

 office screen content management

 Media monitoring program management

• Provide general communications support to HR as needed.

• PR team process optimization: drive PR team all level process optimization, in terms of content approval process, contracting process etc.

Qualifications:

• Behave in an ethics and compliance manner, winning and innovation mindset.

• 8+ years of experience in a communications role encompassing internal communications. Having experience in multinational pharmaceutic company a plus.

• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills, both in Chinese and English

• Superior business acumen

• Ability to translate business goals into innovative and creative but practical communications solutions

• Strong quick learning capability

• Excellent organizational and project-management skills

• Detail oriented and accountable to results

• Experience working in a changing business environment

• Is able to work under high pressure

• Ability to carry out multi tasks under tight deadlines and achieve results in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization, from senior management to entry level colleagues

• Working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Good teamwork, and be a self-starter and an ability to work independently.

• Previous leadership and/or people management experience a plus
