• 全従業員が参加するリーン活動を推進し、サイクルタイムの短縮、コスト削減、資産活用の最適化、品質の向上、患者様に付加価値を与えるタスクへの注力を通じて成果を達成する。

• グローバルサイトに関する最新の要件と一般的な問題について協議し、イーライリリーとしてサイトでの一貫した運用を組み込む。

• サポートサイトは、チームのディスカッション、計画、および会議を主導する。

• リーン活動の進捗状況をスポンサーと共有し、成果を祝い、必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションする。

• プロセスチーム/サイトの活動や意思決定をタイムリーにサポートするための技術的な監督やコンサルティングを提供する。

• プロジェクトオーナーとして改善プロジェクトを主導し、卓越性を追求する。

• サイト継続的改善リードチームガバナンス組織(CILT)をリードする。

• サイトリードチームのハドルミーティングと毎週のアジェンダを促進する。

•ビジネスプランと戦略プランの作成に参加する。

【必要な経験・スキル・資格】

•教育：工学、ファイナンス、経営学、または科学の大学卒業以上。

•優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションスキル、およびコーチングと教育スキル。

• 科学的・論理的思考に基づく問題解決能力とチェンジマネジメント能力、ファシリテーションとコーディネーションのスキル。

•直接の権限がない状況で影響力を発揮できる。およびその経験。

• OCM(Organizational Change Management)を通じて結果を出した経験。複数の部門に関連する規模のプロジェクトにおける経験が望ましい。

• オーナーシップとリーダーシップ。部下を持ってチームとして業務を遂行した経験があればなお良い。

Job Responsibilities

[Technical/Quality]

• Lead the development and implementation of the Seishin Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Site Continuous Improvement agenda
• Lead the Site Operational Excellence and Lean/Continuous Improvement programs
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity in collaboration with relevant departments
• Coach the Site Leadership and Project managers on Lean, six sigma and other continuous improvement tools
• Coach Site Leadership on behaviors and expectations related to Lean/Operational Excellence (LSW, 5S, A3, huddles and VMS, VSM, etc)
• Pursue excellence in manufacturing, quality, and safety by conducting evaluations based on internal standards, providing training on these standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and knowledge on continuous improvement methodologies to business areas, and conduct training on Lean and internal standards.
• Promote Lean activities involving all employees, achieving results through reducing cycle times, cutting costs, optimizing asset utilization, improving quality, and focusing on tasks that add value for patients.
• Discuss the latest requirements and common issues with global sites to incorporate consistent operations at the site as Eli Lilly.
• Support site lead team discussions, planning, and meetings.
• Share progress of Lean activities with sponsors, celebrate achievements, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Provide technical oversight and/or consulting to support process team/site activities or decisions in a timely manner.
• Lead improvement projects as the project owner to pursue excellence.
• Lead the Site Continuous Improvement Lead Team governance body (CILT)
• Facilitate Site Lead Team huddles and weekly agenda
• Participate in the preparation of business plan and Strategic plan

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Education: University graduate or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business administration, or Science.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in industry, Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement areas. Experiences in pharmaceutical industry is valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as coaching and teaching skills.
• Problem-solving and change management abilities based on scientific and logical thinking, and facilitation and coordination skills.
• Influence in situations without direct authority and experiences to deliver with the influence.
• Experience in delivering results through OCM (Organizational Change Management). Preferablly in mid-large scale of cross-functional projects.
• Ownership and leadership. Experience in formal leader role with subordinates is strongly valued.
• Business-level Japanese, business-level English (Excellent level of written and spoken English)
