Job Description

  • With your activity you will significantly support the growth of the company
  • Observation and analysis of the relevant CRO competitive environment (Clinical Research Organization)
  • Observation and analysis of the potential sponsor market
  • Definition and development of the overall market to identify new sales opportunities
  • Identification of potential clients and sponsors for the purpose of generating B2B leads
  • -Identification of decision-makers and KOLs (key opinion leaders) among potential clients and sponsors
  • Creation of presentation documents and teasers
  • Scheduling, preparation and organization of personal meetings and video conferences with clients and sponsors
  • Identifying and analyzing congresses and trade fairs, including coordinating appointments with decision-makers and KOLs
  • Data entry and maintenance of contacts in the CRM (customer relationship management system) as well as analysis and reporting
  • Corporate communication via social networks such as LinkedIn
  • Collaboration with account management on the further development of concepts and study programs

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in economics or natural sciences or comparable completed vocational training with a focus on sales, marketing, business development
  • First professional experience (at least 2-3 years) in sales, marketing, business development ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment and possibly already some experience in selling complex products and services that require explanation
  • You are experienced in using MS Office, CRM systems and planning tools
  • Organizational talent and team player: You are a real team player and enjoy mastering new challenges every day in a growing company
  • Strong customer and service orientation: You are characterized by a high service mentality and you are confident in contact with customers, whether on the phone, by e-mail or in person
  • Determination and enjoyment of shared success: you work independently and your approach is sometimes structured and analytical, sometimes you pursue a creative and innovative approach - in the end you find a solution!
  • Ability to communicate adequately at different levels
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
