Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 400 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle, Hobart, and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.

Job Description

• Full time, permanent position based in Dandenong South, VIC.
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Australia. Reporting to the National Bid Executive, this role will contribute to marketing initiatives and business development while collaborating closely with another Marketing Coordinator to manage and deliver on key projects. Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

• Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral and business documentation, including digital content and printed materials.
• Helping plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
• Collaborating with internal teams and another Marketing Coordinator to manage projects and ensuring seamless workload sharing.
• Supporting the administration and coordination of tenders, including document preparation and submission.
• Actively listening to the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions through well-structured, strategic marketing plans.
• Managing updates to social media platforms, websites, and other communication channels.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly regarded.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong experience in tender coordination and business document management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work flexibly and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, is self-driven, and thinks outside the box to contribute to marketing strategies.
• Keen to learn about the company’s culture, values, and mission, and help align these with marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and strengthen the business.
