Job Description

The Group Offer Team is a critical component of our corporate office and collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition teams across the Eurofins Network, working on internal and external offers, transfers, and promotions for Eurofins Key Employees and Leaders. To achieve this, the Group Offer Team also works closely with colleagues from the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Tax, and Legal departments.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Spearheading the management and coordination of internal offer validation, contract drafting, document management, and other HR-related topics for GSC Employees located outside of Brussels and international Key Employees and Leaders of Eurofins companies;
  • Overseeing the preparation of Belgian employment offers, contracts, compensation and benefit packages, and ensuring internal validation for these offers (including drafting of net simulations in collaboration with our tax department);
  • Ensuring the complete and accurate administration of personal files;
  • Serving as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, promptly responding to information requests and queries;
  • Coordinating the seamless implementation of recruitment software and other HR processes to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Crafting and revising internship agreements and VIE applications, establishing effective communication channels with universities and Business France to facilitate internship and VIE contracts; and
  • Taking the lead in identifying opportunities to enhance processes while actively contributing to the refinement of guidelines and templates employed by the Group Offer Team to elevate overall performance.

Qualifications

Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;

  • Accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented; and
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch (written and verbal).

This role is a full-time position based in Brussels, Belgium.
