Responsibilities
- As a Product Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for product vision and strategy, analyzing key market and segment opportunities, understanding customer needs, customer lifetime value and competitive landscape
- Your business focus is on conventional upright microscopes for diverse clinical applications such as routine Pathology, Hematology or IVF including Cameras and Education market offerings
- You develop and articulate the product's value proposition to ensure it meets the needs of target markets and customer segments
- You take responsibility for the product's P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met
- You perform make/buy/partner analysis and build business scenarios
- You develop a comprehensive product roadmap and feature development plans
- You oversee the product lifecycle, making decisions on product launch, enhancements and end-of-life as needed
Your qualification
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management
- Background in conventional upright microscopes and diverse clinical applications
- Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in working with international teams and managing global projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Regular travel of 10-20% is a requirement of this role
