As a Product Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for product vision and strategy, analyzing key market and segment opportunities, understanding customer needs, customer lifetime value, competitive landscape, and reimbursement factors.
Responsibilities
- Business focus is on digital pathology workflow offerings, with a strong background in AI-powered decision support and IT ecosystem integration aspects.
- Develop and articulate the product's value proposition to ensure it meets the needs of target markets and customer segments.
- Responsible for the product's P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Perform make/buy/partner analysis and build business scenarios.
- Identify and manage strategic 3rd party partnerships with focus on image analysis and AI applications.
- You develop a comprehensive product roadmap and feature development plans.
- You oversee the product lifecycle, making decisions on product launch, enhancements and end-of-life as needed.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in product management or AI product management
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Digital Pathology, pathology AI offerings and hospital IT ecosystem
- Experience with P&L management and strategic partner management
- Experience in working with international teams and Agile execution of global projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Regular travel of 20-30% is a requirement of this role
