Supply Chain Coordination - Operational Specialist (m/f/d) (limited)

We are currently hiring an experienced Supply Chain Operational Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic European Team.

Responsibilities

  • You will be team member of the Supply Chain Coordination Team EMEA, which is responsible for delivery performance and material availability for Evident EMEA with the objective to ensure reliable operations in supply chain and secure customer satisfaction.

  • Focus on this position will be on the outbound deliveries & warehouse management, affected interfaces and processes.

  • Operational responsibility for effective outbound & reverse logistics

  • Ensure close and continuous communication and interface to other Evident teams as well as regional warehouse.

  • Point of contact for delivery and logistics topics and issues for relevant stakeholders, including Sales Support, Product Management and Sales

  • Responsibility for operational performance monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Ensure process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics / economics or related area

  • First operational experience within related field

  • Experience in an internationally operating company is preferred.

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system

  • Confident handling of MS Office programs, specially creating reports in Excel

  • Knowledge of lean methods (e.g. KAIZEN) is preferable.

  • Possess strong self-reliance, initiative, and communication skills

  • Process understanding.

  • Advanced English skills, German preferable (minimum B1 level)
