Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global HR Operations & Process Analyst to support our expanding global HR operations. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international HR regulations. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of a global workforce, supporting global digital transformation efforts, and delivering data-driven HR solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

This is a hybrid position based in our Madison, WI office.


Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Global HR Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive current state analyses across global regions, develop business cases, and map processes to standardize and improve HR operations. Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment with local needs, global strategies, and data governance guidelines and rules.
  • Global Process Optimization: Review and optimize HR processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance globally. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence, leveraging methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for digital transformation in HR Operations activities. Partner with HR Technology team, IT, and other stakeholder groups to identify, recommend, and drive functional implementation of innovative solutions that leverage AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), chatbots, and other digital tools.
  • Global Project Participation & Outcomes Monitoring: Participate in global HR projects, ensuring that outcomes align with both regional and corporate objectives. Track project benefits and report ROI to measure the impact of global HR initiatives.
  • Change Management (Global Focus): Ensure and participate in change management efforts as part of changes to global HR operations, including communication, user documentation, training, and user experience improvements across different regions. Partner with cross functional HR teams and other stakeholder groups to create aligned messages.
  • Global Compliance Monitoring: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, monitor, and enforce global HR compliance standards. Work closely with regional HR teams to collect and analyze compliance data, ensuring adherence to international labor laws and regulations. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing insights on global regulatory trends and contributing to compliance risk mitigation strategies.
  • HR Information Management and Mass Change Activities: Oversee the maintenance and management of both physical and digital employee records in accordance with global retention policies. Partner with HR Operations and HR Technology teams to facilitate mass data changes, including reorganizations, data conversions, reductions in force (RIFs), and other large-scale HR activities. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regional data protection and privacy regulations throughout these processes.
  • Annual Program Support: Provide operational and data-driven support for global annual HR programs, ensuring alignment between program objectives and ongoing HR operations. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent execution across all locations, while adapting to local regulations and HR practices to meet compliance and business needs.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 80% of a typical working day.
  • Occasionally travels to U.S. Company locations for projects and meetings; occasional travel outside the U.S. as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR services, HR operations, or advisory roles.
  • 2+ years of experience with process optimization.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and OneNote).
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills across HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-cultural teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as AI, RPA, and chatbots in HR settings.
  • Proficiency in HR technology systems and tools, with experience in supporting HR processes.
  • Experience with compliance, audit response, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global HR operations.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in global digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of global labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and compliance best practices.

Salary Range:

$85,000.00 - $135,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
