JOB TITLE:Custodian/Facilities Support
POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of IT/Operations
POSITION SUMMARY: NA
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors and escalate to management
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff as required
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
- Caretaking of lawn and shrubs
- Self-managed self-starter

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School/GED
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
