Our team is looking for a new talent (m/f/d), starting at the earliest possible time as real Time Monitoring Solution Product Specialist (m/f/d) in Hosingen, Luxembourg.

How you’ll add value ?

You will focus on expanding our global footprint through strategic technical sales, customer engagement, and training initiatives and drive innovation and growth within the Real Time Monitoring Solution product range.

What you’ll do ?

• Manage technical aspects on international projects
• Help with customer surveys and questionnaires
• Plan and participate in fairs
• Verify customer / country regulatory quality requests
• Develop sales tools for sales force : competitive analysis / benchmarking, brochures, cheat sheets, bring know-how for improving and/or keeping website up to date
• Participate in meetings between Marketing, R&D, Sales and Service to improve communication and give input from the field

What you'll bring ?

• Bachelor’s Degree in cooling engineering strongly preferred
• 3 years in product development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals: customers, partners, …
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different kind of stakeholders and different levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and market trends within the context of product and business capabilities and the ability to translate this assessment into workable tactics.
• Strong service and customer orientation and knowledge of our sales network and partners
• Business Acumen.
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities, take decisions and meet challenging deadlines
• Data analysis, utilization of statistical tools
• English
• Proficient in MS office suite
