Our Sales team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Manager Regional Sales (m/f/d) in Hosingen, Luxembourg.

How you’ll add value

We are looking for a Manager Regional Sales (m/f/d), who execute and expand commercial operations in the area he/she is responsible for, meaning achieving the growth targets, build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and end users and manage the distributors teams to achieve technical proficiency and reach their sales target.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver on the sales and growth objectives in this region and specific customer segments for Medical Refrigeration, Blood Management solutions and Cold Chain
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of end customers’ needs and requirements in each segment.
  • Follow up on all the relevant local and international programs in Cold Chain, related to your region. Foster or establish the necessary key contacts hereto.
  • Develop long-term relationships with the segment specific distributors Manage through strategic and tactical support in order to achieve the short and long-term goals.
  • Expand the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, leading to sales generating and long-lasting relationships.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Market information, business intelligence, strategic marketing
  • Registration and regulations
  • Innovation and development
  • Represent the company in relevant customer facing activities as tradeshow, conferences, customer events, …
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints professionally
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and create monthly forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Maintain the CRM systems appropriate to the customer segments.
  • Responsible for the appropriate contract management with distributors.
  • Advise the end users to find the best technical and economical solution for their specific needs. Serve as a consultant for technical as well as regulatory requests.
  • Assist distributors to respond to tenders in time and with the best possible technical arguments.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience strongly preferred
  • 10 years of successful experience in Sales and in distributor management
  • Result driven and action oriented.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through creative sales channels and marketing programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational and political levels
  • Ability and proven track in negotiation with distributors
  • Ability to keep everyone informed at all times and keep deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of the business's goals and the business's strategies and tactics to achieve them.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to and to assess customer needs and market trends and the ability to translate this assessment into workable tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, from C-suite level to the user of our equipment
  • Knowledge of medical device environment, knowledge of biomedical refrigeration and cold chain is a definite plus
  • Strong technical knowledge of the range of products or the ability to quickly acquire such know how
  • Data analysis, utilization of statistical tools
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in local languages and English
  • Proficient in MS office suite
