Our EMEA Sales team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Regional Sales Manager, Automated Stores, UK/France/Benelux.
Work location: Remote. Optimally you will be based in UK or Belgium.
Territory: UK, France, Benelux
Travel activity: 50%

How You’ll Add Value…
The Regional Sales manager for Automated Storage solutions will lead commercial strategy within a given region, coordinating with local account management to achieve annual sales targets. As the Regional Sales Manager for Automated Storage solutions, you will provide subject matter expertise in cold chain management, GxP environments, storage workflows, and supply chain needs within key markets (Pharma, Biotech, Academic, Government). This position is an ideal opportunity for individuals who demonstrate the ability to effectively manage work independently and can travel in support of activities across a targeted geographic region.
What you will do…
Achieve annual sales goals within defined region through the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer relationships. Accounts may include Pharmaceutical Companies, Biotech Companies, Research Institutions, and Government Laboratories within a defined region.
Drive growth by developing and successfully executing account management strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing on creating a marketing plan, registering/planning/attending local vendor shows, creating and executing campaigns.
Working in close cooperation with existing clients.
Active business development to extend the client portfolio.
Identify and convert leads.
Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins.
Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Account Managers, other Sales Specialists, Technical Sales and in some cases Corporate Accounts ensuring effective collaboration of resources to deliver on client needs.
Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
Participating in national and international meetings, conferences, business meetings.
What you will bring…
Bachelor's Degree or Master`s Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering or relevant field.
Many years of experience in life sciences equipment sales in a designated region/ territory (Lab Automation preferred).
Experience in life sciences, lab automation and biobanking preferred.
Excellent market knowledge linked to automated storage solutions.
Strong experience in territories sales planning.
You have a passion for sales.
Proven track record in meeting/ exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrates keen business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing client relationships.
Well versed in the application of sales techniques including upselling, cross selling, value positions, sales funnel management and solution selling.
Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders of internal and external organizations.
Have experience with multi year capex projects, with extended sales timelines.
Very good MS Office skill and Sales Force would be an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively in a global organization.
Sales-driven and highly motivated.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Energetic, pragmatic, business driven.
Organized and independent.
Team player.
Fluent in French and English.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
