About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. Position Summary

This role assists the team leader in coordinating logistics from the overseas center to the Australian center and customers, covering transport, storage, and delivery. Key goals include compliance and timely, quality delivery. Collaboration with international logistics centers and other departments is crucial for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping Execution:

  • Confirm shipping documents with the TAM team, including but not limited to commercial invoice, packing lists, and other requested documents.
  • Ensure that goods received are processed, documented and tracked in accordance with the company's receiving process
  • Timely process daily orders, perform pick and pack according to order requirements, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods.
  • Arrange transportation service providers for the pickup of goods to ensure timely delivery to the destination.
  • Invoice checking and submission for international and domestic freight forwarders.

Shipment status tracking:

  • Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with transportation service providers to resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions.

Import/Export Compliance Assurance:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customs-related activities and documentation, ensuring proper audit trails.
  • Perform regular internal audits to identify areas of improvement in customs processes and work on corrective actions.

Financial related tasks:

  • Billing verification to ensure billing accuracy
  • Payment application in system to ensure timely settlement to related service providers

Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Any other tasks or projects assigned by your superior

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma with major in Supply Chain and logistics management or other Business-related studies
  • 2-3 years of experience in import/export shipping, logistics, and customs affairs or related fields.
  • Quick learner with strong communication and coordination skills, data analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as the role requires close collaboration with our team in China
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Team player with can do attitude, able to work with challenges and open to take on additional roles

Working Hours:

10:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday

(Part-Time working hours are flexible, subject to discussion with your superior)
