Job Purpose

ViiV will reinforce the capability of data analysis and sales force effectiveness. Within the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, the role will focus on Omni-channel analysis & Effectiveness, Finding potential Customers & Developing good Relationship, and Channel Excellence.In a market with a limited number of patients and a highly uneven distribution, they are engaged in a highly difficult analysis to find superiority over the competitor. Through close communication with BI&A manager and SFE manager as well as Digital Marketing, this role contributes to effective development of good customer relationship and implementation of potential customer finding (lead generation).

Key Responsibilities

Digital Liaison will monitor to ensure quality of customer experience, right targeting, and right approach in order to attract more potential customers and build good relationship with them.With close working with Digital Marketing and Sales Force Effectiveness, Digital Liaison has responsibility for establishment of effective omni-channel platform.

  • Omni-channel analysis & Effectiveness

  • Leverages data analytics and customer insights to improve sales performance, monitor KPIs and continuously improve the omni-channel experience.

  • Works closely with Digital Marketing and SFE experts to ensure business unit alignment with CX startegy in ViiV Japan and drive best practice sharing across the organization

  • Understands customer experience management and provides relevant insights in order to deliver a meaningful and consistent CX across all touchpoints.

  • Finding potential Customers & Developing good Relationship

  • Reviewing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in sales performance

  • Developing relationships with HCPs through omni-channel approach

  • Ensures that digital and physical interactions are consistent, using technology and digital solutions; establishes a closed loop feedback strategy to create a meaningful engagement

  • Making calls to potential customers (HCPs) to ensure quality service from ViiV CX platforms and lead to future relationship

  • Communicating with sales reps including external business partners upon requests from HCPs

  • Channel Excellence

  • Observes and identifies external trends and proactively shares these with the organization to further enhance ViiV’s omnichannel ambition.

  • Provides ideas and insights to Digital Marketing for enhancing CX: identifying opportunities to establish new channels (voice, chatbots, social etc.) based on customer preferences

  • Collaborates with Digital Marketing to develop high-level CX roadmap

In addition, this role work as a BI&A expert when the resource of department is short. Therefore, this position is required excellent level of data analytics skills as well as commitment for sales growth.

経験 Experience

  • Working experience as Medical Representative (MR) or MSL

  • Data analysis software and BI tools: Excel, Power-BI

  • Familiar with handling key secondary data such as IQVIA

  • Experience analyzing CRM data and sales activity data

  • Understanding CX with digital marketing / omni-channel approaches

  • Working in cross-functional teams or projects

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • JapaneseNative level or equivalently proficient

  • English : Business levelTOEIC score >730

  • More advanced data analysis skills:

経験 Experience

  • Ideally 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional sales or marketing team(s) or projects

  • Experience of working in a primary and specialty care environment preferred

  • Experience in Customer Journey Mapping and omni-channel marketing
