Descripción del puesto:

El departamento de Servicios Comerciales se encarga de gestionar la compra de bienes y servicios para GSK asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y de la publicación de las transferencias de valor a los profesionales y organizaciones sanitarias.

Necesitamos una persona que le guste trabajar en equipo y con gran capacidad de trabajo y aprendizaje.

Se trata de una posición temporal.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de pedidos de bienes y servicios. Tramitación de alta y modificación de proveedores.
  • Verificación de facturas.
  • Análisis y seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con el proceso de compras y pago a proveedores.
  • Relación directa con todos los departamentos involucrados en los procesos de compra.
  • Gestión para la publicación de las transferencias de valor realizadas a los profesionales y organizaciones sanitarias.
  • Soporte a monitorizaciones y auditorías.

Requisitos Requeridos:

  • Estudios de CFGS en administración y gestión o similares.
  • Nivel fluido de inglés.
  • Usuario avanzado de MS Office.
  • Experiencia en puestos administrativos o departamentos de compras.

Requisitos Valorados:

  • Conocimiento de SAP, Ariba o similares.
  • Capacidad organizativa
  • Capacidad analítica.
  • Habilidades comunicativas.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria farmacéutica.
