As a brand manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy through operational marketing mix. Collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Medical & other support functions is the backbone for success and winning spirit in the primary care team.

Responsibilities:

  • BRAND PLANNING: Develop and implement annual strategic and operational brand plans through cross-functional collaboration, aligned with customer and market insights. Identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
  • OPERATIONS: Display operational excellence by delivering promotional campaigns and other marketing in alignment with concerned stakeholders, the ethical code and internal ground rules of GSK.
  • LEADERSHIP: Drive cross-functional teams by providing vision, clarity for brand success, and by embedding a winning mindset.
  • INSIGHTS & EXPERT MARKET KNOWLEDGE: Continuously seek to understand and embed customer and market insights into all brand activities by synthesizing qualitative feedback from various sources (field visits, market research reports, customer visits, FLSL feedback, etc) with quantitative feedback available through various data sources and reports. Be the product, competitor, and market expert.
  • DRIVE PERFORMANCE: Drive Brand Performance through the cross-functional team with comm. cells, performance dashboards and any necessary course corrections, to maximize brand potential.
  • FIELD ENGAGEMENT: Liaise very closely with sales team to receive market and customer feedback, embed campaigns, and to provide brand vision and leadership. Ensure full understanding of the rationale and insights that underpin campaigns, messages, and marketing actions, and how field input was used in material development.
  • DIGITAL MARKETING: Adopting digital approach right from identifying, on-boarding & delivering digital initiatives/ communication/ engagement for the customers.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Master’s in Business Management Administration
  • Experience using multiple channels of marketing mix & evidence of successful implementations through digital channels
  • Ability to execute flawlessly
  • Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into execution
  • Ability to lead cross-functional matrix working
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Flexible thinking and ability to continuously innovate
  • Strong communication and engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years work experience in either marketing or sales
  • Digital marketing expertise
