Role Purpose 职位目标:

Engage internal and external customers to ensure Nucala brand strategy cascade effectively and to

achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

To achieve targets within the allocated budget by region

Achievement of sales target

Achievement of market share target

Control of marketing and promotional expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI

To support regions improving market management

Establish partnership and relationship with key external experts to develop and strengthen brand endorsement

Accurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitor information

Gaining market and customer insight through field visit together with Reps frequently.

3. To coach regions execution well

Train Sales & RPM team to improve knowledge and skill. Integration and co-ordination of Marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts Assessment of sales performance and identification of variances to plan; recommend and implement proposals that rectify or capitalize on current sales performance

4 To build up and maintain excellent collaboration with other functions

In consultation with Training function to ensure the input and involvement of sales force brand-related training as appropriate Collaboration with MSL team to provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to regions. In consultation with CE team to provide monthly performance report to share and comments to regions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially Power Point.
  • Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
  • Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated.
