Education required: Undergoing Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Expected Start date: June/July to December 2024 (6 months, fulltime)

What will you do?

We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in vaccines manufacturing. The intern will work under supervision of the QA GMP Lead and be involved in supporting the QA GMP team in day-to-day activities and work on improvement projects.

You will be required to:

  • Scan and archive of Batch Records

  • Manage GMP checklists/ reports from the QA GMP and Batch Release team. These include but not limited to the Post Production Batch Record Review Checklist, Batch Release Checklist, Complaint Investigation Reports.

  • Perform QA Gemba

  • Maintain various tracker, e.g. QI tracker, checklist review tracker

  • Quality improvement projects (Kaizens)

  • Develop training guide for QA GMP/ Batch Release Intern & Improvement to induction programme for QA GMP Executive
