Associate Director of EvGen Strategy and Delivery Management is responsible to provide IEP process coordination and study management, statistic & data management expertise for studies in medical to ensure the delivery of evidence generation to support launch readiness, pricing, reimbursement and life cycle management.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责

• Acts as leader and manager to statistician, data manager and study manager to provide coaching and implementing internal standards and processes.
• Responsible for the timing and qualify delivery of the study and organize the regular study monitor meeting for dashboard management
• Leading the IEP process for each assets to ensure cross functional discussion and timing IEP building
• Responsible for study quality through QA plan and ensure no significant compliance(GCP, SOP or applicable regulations) issue during the whole study
• Responsible for the quality of outsource service though vendor management.
• Work as the key partner with scientific lead on the multiple kind of data generation
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Minimum master degree in clinical medicine or statistic or epidemiology

• 10-year experience in operation, data management and statistic is needed
• Experience in observational study or health economic study
• Clinical research experience with CRO is prioritized.
• Understanding the value proposition building process of the assets supporting by evidence
• Good planning and project management skill
• Good Interpersonal communication skill;
• Good at Problem solving
• Strong self-management and execution ability
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
