Education required: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Engineering/ Economics discipline with a focus in data analytics

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a Singapore university for the duration of your internship program and doing a credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: January to June 2025

What will you do?

This role reports in External Quality Systems Manager and Supplier Quality Operations Manager in the External Quality function. You will join the exciting external facing group who manages contract manufacturers (CMOs) and suppliers.

  • You will lead the maintenance of supplier risk modelling

  • You will have the opportunity to maintain and improve on predictive and real time risk model for suppliers

  • You will gain insights on risk mitigation by working with an API Supplier Quality Manager and/ or supplier to improve supplier performance

What will you learn?

  • About third parties, such as CMOs and suppliers, that were appointed to carry out cGMP activities including manufacturing, testing, release, marketing of GSK material or product.

  • What cGMP means in its application in a biopharma industry.

  • About GSK system and data including ways to extract and process.

  • Gain experience working with external API partners on compliance documentation e.g. supplier Drug Master File, Audit Reports by Regulators, etc
