We are seeking a diverse HCP Marketing Manager for CABENUVA. The role will primarily be responsible for the development and execution of peer-to-peer and congress marketing tactics geared towards healthcare providers. This manager will be part of a high performing team and will report to the HCP marketing Director for CABENUVA.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

  • Be a champion for and create an exceptional peer-to-peer experience for CABENUVA to maximize potential in the marketplace.
  • Enable real time connections, leveraging customer and market research insights to create valuable content in speaker programs and additional surround sounds where and how our customers prefer.
  • Content and tactical execution across multiple asset types including but not limited to speaker program decks, oversee conference materials, online videos (from and short form), Newsletters, surveys and emails targeting HCPs.
  • Develop innovative ways to deliver peer-to-peer content and extend the reach to more HCPs
  • Manage the execution of speaker training with all key stakeholders.
  • Support the day-to-day activities related to understanding salesforce and external expert feedback of the current peer-to-peer materials, logistics and ease of use.
  • Support change management and field communication strategies to facilitate the adoption of new resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, medical and organizational standards throughout the development and implementation of all materials
  • Manage professional creative and media agency vendors and associated budgets for projects related to the role
  • Assist in the development of professional creative concepts, strategies, and message development
  • Manage projects through the promotional review and approval process
  • Utilize analytics to develop, measure and optimize integrated peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory, Medical and HCPe)
  • 20-30% Travel
  • Must be in Durham office minimum 2 days a week

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience with pharmaceutical marketing (can include brand marketing, digital marketing, patient marketing, market research, marketing operations, and/or provider marketing or a combination of these)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working with and managing external agencies
  • Experience in creating product messaging and developing tactics.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical copy approval process
  • Considerable knowledge of marketing products, brands, or services
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to successfully navigate multiple stakeholder environments
