Sales Manager

In this role you will…

As a Sales Manager you will lead, inspire, coach and develop a high performing sales team. Your goal will be to manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share. You will be important leader of Specialty Care BU , reporting directly to BU Director Specialty Care, with opportunity to influence LOC organization but also cooperating closely with cross functional teams

This role will provide/gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Establish challenging strategic and operating priorities and plans for key product(s) to optimize revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales performance.
  • Lead nationwide sales operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical and teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor and report on sales revenue and expenses

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and people management within the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
  • Experience with turnaround challenges and performance delivery
  • Proven effectiveness in managing people and teams
  • Demonstrated record in achieving results through others and developing team capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English obligatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business management & leadership position
  • Strategic planning and organization skills
  • Leadership capabilities to influence a group through managing change
  • Experience with hospital business and drug program is an advantage to have
