Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Bachelor in Bioquality or Biopharma in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.

Language requirement: English and French

Other requirements:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing team requirements and priorities.
  • Interest in learning and developing new skills in the compliance and supply chain sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Expected start date: February / March 2025

Work arrangements: Hybrid

Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

What will you do?

Distribution Risk Assessment:

  • Monitor and improve the distribution risk assessment process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Training:

  • Track the completion and effectiveness of training programs related to distribution and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities of improvement of the training plans in Supply Chain

KPI Monitoring

  • Analyze training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create clear and concise one-pagers and KPI to communicate important information and updates to stakeholders.
  • Support performance management

Quality and Compliance management :

  • Support documentation management in writing
  • Ensure that these documents are easily understandable and accessible.
  • Support audit readiness

Diverse Activities:

  • Engage in various activities, both directly and indirectly, related to supply chain compliance and distribution.
  • Lead several improvement micro projects
  • Collaborate with different teams to achieve common goals.
