Medical Advisor - HIV

As our Medical Advisor for HIV, you will lead the development of Medical activities in Business Planning for the products in this therapeutic area.
Further responsibilities:
Coordinating and aligning TA medical insights, evidence strategy & plans and medical stakeholder communications
Driving effective medical communication and support evolving advocacy among key external experts
In collaboration with the Medical Director, drive successful implementation of Global Business/Medical deliverables related to the TA/products
Drive internal alignment, working closely with the Market Commercial Team & Market Access Leads
Provide consolidated medical input/market insights from the Performance Review Meetings
Organize and facilitate key SE activities, e.g. Advisory Boards, 1:1 consultations, workshops
Engage KOLs for the most important Medical Societies scientific congresses and events, at GSK and third-party promotional events.
Have capacity, experience and skills to act as a speaker at the most important/national events
Ensure proper medical trainings and development for commercial and marketing team
Review and approve all promo materials
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Educated to MD, PharmDr., Pharmacy Mgr, Vet MD or PhD in Biomedical Sciences
Strong background with infectious diseases within the medical department
Having a high level of medical/scientific knowledge/experience, understanding of patient management, and strong clinical judgement
Experience in customer contact with physicians and other actors in the health system
Fluency in both Czech and English languages is a must
Driver’s license and availability to travel within the country around max. 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Medical affairs experience in the therapeutic area of HIV/AIDS
Ideally having a network in the clinical / scientific infectology society
Very good communication and high negotiation skills
Proactive and problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate and plan
