Other requirements: Enrolled at a SG polytechnic for the duration of your internship
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do?
You will be required to:
Improve preventive maintenance programs by reviewing operations, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics with operational standards / current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for plant facilities and utilities services
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing recommendation and initiative to promote sustainability
Actively seek improvements to systems and processes through continuous improvement, streamlining and simplification
Provide support to new project construction and commissioning activities.
To be able to assess and manage spare parts for Utilities Systems
Involve in problem solving sessions to identify the root cause of system issues.
Participate in qualification of GMP areas
What are we looking for?
We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in delivering sustainable optimization programs for GSK Biologicals. The intern will work under supervision of the Technical Services - Utilities & HVAC Systems team, Understanding and collaborate with other functions of Technical Services team in the company to provide appropriate and timely output. Ideally be proficient in use of IT and software/systems, ideally document management and database systems.
What will you learn?

Process Design Learning of Utilities Systems
HVAC - Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning
Clean Utilities (Compressed Gases, Purified Water, Water for Injection & Pure Steam Systems)
Black Utilities Systems (Chillers, Boiler, Air Compressors, Neutralization package)
Spare Part Management & Maintenance Work Order Portfolio in SAP
Continuous Improvement framework
