Are you looking for an opportunity to provide expert demand planning input into the Customer Supply Chain Lead across all markets and brands? If so, this is the role for you.

As Demand Forecasting Professional you will be responsible for developing and embedding a robust market and channel specific demand planning process to support the operating model. You will also manage the end to end demand planning across all categories to improve customer service levels and reduce end to end working capital.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Manage the demand planning process across all categories, ensuring alignment of volume and value in the market demand forecasts.

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of all components of the demand forecast, including statistical baselines, promotional and repacking uplifts, and cannibalization effects.

  • Support sales and marketing intelligence, new product introductions, consumption, stock in trade, and market data.

  • Challenge and align sales forecasts with volume and value predictions, and facilitate verification of sell-out and stock in trade evaluations.

  • Lead the product lifecycle management process and collaborate with commercial teams to address residual or slow-moving inventory.

  • Work closely with Finance to define the financial plan and provide expert demand planning input for the supply chain team, ensuring effective relationships with in-market warehouse, distribution, customer service, and local customization teams.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, administration, economy or related fields.

  • Strong experience in demand or finance planning

  • Intermediate english

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree

  • Understanding of sales / commercial processes

  • Understanding of supply planning and customer service processes

  • SAP /Planning systems experience, Advanced Excel or PowerBI

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
