Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager position wilplay a key role in partnership between GSK with top 20% account to define and implement Market access, Supply opportunities & Inventory management support for HCPs

Key Responsibilities

  • Build GSK reputation, manage the relationship between GSK and the key contacts in top 20% accounts

  • Establish a clear partnership with the account(s) that delivers a win-win for the patients, HCPs and GSK

  • Resolving HCPs issues and complaints

  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs

  • Anticipating key accounts changes and improvements.

  • Managing communications between key accounts and internal team

  • Build and execute Account Plan to define and implement Market Access, Supply opportunities & ensure product availability for treatment

  • Own activities to support above Account Plan’s objectives.

  • Working with design, FF team, creative, promotional, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same accounts to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all HCPs’ needs met.

  • Collaborating with the FF team to maximize profit.

  • Provide insights and market intelligence to key internal stakeholders to support the development of a robust and effective business/tactical plan.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • University degree in Pharmacy

  • At least 3 years in Field Force position.

  • Knowledge of Pharma industry is a must.

  • Good understanding of field territory design.

  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all field force levels.

  • Ability to deal with high pressure and meet tight timelines.

  • Proven track record in consistent delivery of results

  • Creative thinker with strong people interaction and facilitation skills.

  • Planning and execution skills
