Associate Scientist in Technical R&D (Drug Development)

The Associate Scientist is expected to support the design and execution of scientific studies for vaccine technical programs as they progress from early development into Phase I/II, Phase III, technology transfer and process performance qualification at the intended commercial site.
Key responsibilities:
You participate in the design and execution of specific development projects under limited direction, following the Quality by design framework.
You work closely under the direction of scientific staff to, implement, and interpret the data from development projects.
You may train and oversee platform staff on equipment operation, data analysis, and other project-related work.
You utilize scientific knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions.
You function effectively as a core team member on multiple concurrent projects and may leads small projects and established work processes.
You help to solve complex problems through collaborations with others, taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
You act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
You prepare and present scientific data in internal meeting within own Technical R&D (TRD) area
You participate in writing technical protocols and reports in support of various project development stages.
You utilize technical process knowledge to meet regulatory requirements appropriate for stage of development.
You communicate effectively within TRD functional area and with other TRD functions
You communicate effectively with manager and senior scientific staff in order to ensure progression of project-related work
You understand, apply and proactive promote to the GxP / EHS / QA rules application as they are defined
Why you?
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in related scientific field with related needed experience
Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific field
Fluent in French and good level of spoken and written English as well as conversational.
Innovative thinking is a plus, be able to identify link between different components of a problem or situation related to own work.
