Job Purpose

Prevention lies at the core of GSK's mission to stay one step ahead of disease on a global scale. This commitment is demonstrated through our leading portfolio of vaccines and treatments. This ethos of proactive care is not just externally focused, it also includes our employees and their families, ensuring they too benefit from early interventions to stay healthy, through the Partnership for Prevention (P4P) programme which is a part of our global HR People Commitments deployed in each country. The P4P Programme Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing vendor management, conducting spend analysis by country, performing data analysis on utilisation, creating campaigns to increase programme uptake, and standardising ways of working across the P4P programme. This role will collaborate closely with the global P4P team, HR Country Heads and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the P4P programme in line with GSK’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

  • Work with vendors to standardize KPI reporting and ensure consistency in service delivery.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support programme goals.

  • Ensure that the service is inclusive and accessible to all employees.

  • Ensure that vendors adhere to specified standards and guidelines, including quality, compliance, and performance metrics.

  • Support the process of identifying new vendors, evaluate potential vendors based on their ability to meet the organization's requirements and standards, and collaborate with relevant P4P stakeholders to ensure a thorough and effective vendor selection process.

Spend Analysis

  • Perform detailed spend analysis by country to identify cost-saving opportunities and financial trends.

  • Monitor and report on budget allocations and expenditures.

  • Track the various delivery models, assess their impact and evaluate their financial effectiveness.

Data Analysis

  • Analyse data on programme utilisation to identify patterns and areas for improvement, including utilisation of employees, spouse, and dependents children

  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

  • Monitor accessibility and gather feedback to determine any barriers of preventing easy access to the programme.

  • Measure employee satisfaction with the programme and vendors to ensure a positive experience.

Campaign Creation

  • Develop and implement toolkits and campaigns in collaboration with the global P4P team and HR Country Heads to increase employee uptake of P4P services.

  • Design communication strategies that effectively promote programme benefits to employees.

Best Practices

  • Identify and share best practices from countries with high programme utilisation, and vendors that deliver accessible, high-quality, cost-effective services with strong satisfaction rates to improve outcomes in other regions.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across the P4P programme.

Standardisation

  • Standardise ways of working where possible, including payment models and service delivery methods.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree

  • Total 16+ years of experience and minimum of 10 years of experience in programme management, vendor management, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
