As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing and executing marketing strategies for Hepatology(Bepirovirsen), Lupus(Benlysta) & future pipeline in GenMed & Specialty Care BU.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead specialty business and progress your career. Responsibilities include the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for brand launch readiness and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive best launch of Bepirovirsen
Responsible for regional and global communication for responsible products
Responsible for brand plan, stakeholder engagement strategy, new business model, brand launch plan etc.
Responsible for launch marketing program/events planning, and providing budget management and tracking control
Ensure that the sales and profit objectives are met. Optimize elements of the P&L to deliver enhanced market performance
Drive execution and prioritize channels and platforms align with brand strategy
Collaborate with the sales team / medical team / other functional teams
People management: Manage brand managers with good empowerment and coaching. Build outstanding teams and strengthen capabilities of the team
Risk management
Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree (or international equivalent)
5+ years of solid marketing experiences (or sales management experience)
Solid track record in managing a sizable product or group of products to achieve growth target
Good English communication: able to communicate logically both verbally and writing
Strong financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
Leverage data and insights for key decision-making
Proven experience in marketing
Proven experience of cross functional leadership for projects
Proven record of commercial problem solving
Solid track record for creative projects
