As Financial Planning and Reporting Manager you will be responsible for supporting the security function and cost center owners in tracking financials and managing operational and capital budgets.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Verification of actuals and month end process monthly for the security function
  • Coordination of work with the wider finance community to address issues, cross charging, operating expense requests
  • Ensure that security results are reported accurately and on time
  • Plan appropriately for increases in spend or application of savings initiatives
  • Planning and Forecasting coordination
  • On demand analysis of service data
  • Ensure that key security vendors are managed appropriately, effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manage the relationship at senior levels with the account management team to challenge vendors when required
  • Immediate contact with the vendor in case of any issues or escalations
  • Support security services within the process of contract renewal and setting up new vendors in CERPS
  • Create purchase orders in the system and invoice approval to ensure payments are executed correctly
  • Create a close relationship with GSK Procurement Team

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in managing and analyzing the departmental budgets, forecasting and planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to solve problems
  • High level of analysis capabilities
  • Experience with tactical knowledge in processes, business methods and procedures
  • Experience in manage cost centers
  • Ability to interact well with others and globally
