The Senior Sales and Marketing Excellence Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of world-class sales and marketing strategies to achieve business excellence. This role will focus on optimizing sales force effectiveness, enhancing marketing capabilities, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives to maximize market impact and foster growth.

Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to improve sales force effectiveness and achieve commercial targets.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop training programs and tools that enhance sales capabilities.
Develop and implement marketing excellence frameworks to ensure high-quality, impactful marketing campaigns.
Work closely with marketing teams to create customer-centric strategies that drive brand awareness and market penetration.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales and marketing teams.
Manage budgets for sales and marketing excellence initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other commercial careers.
7 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving commercial excellence.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentations and relationship skills to drive business performance.
Business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically, quickly appreciate the differing perspectives in each situation and achieve the best possible.
Ability to influence teams via leadership and making a real impact in business.
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus
Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Sales.
