We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at GSK, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. This is a unique opportunity to take on both strategic marketing responsibilities and direct sales team leadership. As embarking on this opportunity, you will play a key role in driving the success of our fast-growing Hematology/Oncology portfolio in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products in alignment with global and regional objectives.

  • Market and Business Analysis: Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Financial Forecasting: Ensure effective financial planning & forecasting, executing the business plan successfully to deliver on growth and profit expectations.

  • Sales Team Leadership: Directly manage, coach, and develop a small KAM team, ensuring strong sales execution and professional growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, market access, regulatory and other internal teams to ensure successful product positioning and commercial success.

  • Digital & Omni-Channel Integration: Drive the digital strategy of the brand by integrating omni-channel journeys to expand customer reach and foster innovation in product marketing and sales execution.

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product/s lifecycle, from launch to phase-out, ensuring continued market success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical specialty care marketing experience in product management

  • Previous management experience is required – either direct team leadership or significant experience in leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in strategic marketing, product launch and product lifecycle management.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and in written)

  • Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product management experience in Hematology/Oncology is a significant advantage

  • An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage

  • Strong drive, eagerness to learn and a can-do spirit
