Education required: BS degree in management engineering (preferred), chemical engineering, or Master Degree in scientific field.
Other requirements:
Time management and prioritization skills
Ability to assimilate information from different sources to generate achievable plans
Good Communicator
Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure
Proficient in EXCEL
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English
Expected Start date: May 2025
Internship period: 6 months

What will you do?
Collaborate with the production team, supply chain, and laboratory to map and manage a complex process related to the flow of a specific material within the site and at an external laboratory.
Manage the flow of information and priorities between various stakeholders alongside the product flow lead.
Work with internal and external laboratories to prioritize tests for the specific material.
Ensure efficient communication and coordination among all involved teams to maintain process integrity.
Oversee the accurate documentation and tracking of material flow and testing activities.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise in the material flow process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
What will you learn?
Establishing a solid foundation for stakeholder management within a large multinational company.
Developing skills in process mapping and setting up tailored governance structures to manage complex material flows.
Managing and leading the organization by defining lead times and priorities effectively.
Working within a multidisciplinary team and navigating complex and diverse corporate environments
