Posting Title: Internship: Product Flow specialist, Italy, 2025

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Supply Chain Operations team!

Education required: BS degree in management engineering (preferred), chemical engineering, or Master Degree in scientific field.

Other requirements:

  • Time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to assimilate information from different sources to generate achievable plans

  • Good Communicator

  • Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in EXCEL

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English

Expected Start date: May 2025

Internship period: 6 months

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the production team, supply chain, and laboratory to map and manage a complex process related to the flow of a specific material within the site and at an external laboratory.

  • Manage the flow of information and priorities between various stakeholders alongside the product flow lead.

  • Work with internal and external laboratories to prioritize tests for the specific material.

  • Ensure efficient communication and coordination among all involved teams to maintain process integrity.

  • Oversee the accurate documentation and tracking of material flow and testing activities.

  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise in the material flow process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

What will you learn?

  • Establishing a solid foundation for stakeholder management within a large multinational company.

  • Developing skills in process mapping and setting up tailored governance structures to manage complex material flows.

  • Managing and leading the organization by defining lead times and priorities effectively.
