As an Administrative Assistant to the Specialty Care Business Unit VP of Marketing and the marketing leadership team (MLT), you will work proactively with the MLT - supporting this group as a collective and at individual LT member level.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. Responsibilities include:
- Provide support and assist with coordination and management of day-to-day business operations.
- Efficiently handle calendar management and schedule meetings. Capability to assist with meeting set-up details and technology (Teams, A/V, connectivity, projection, technical assistance)
- Organize and support large-scale business unit team meetings and resources
- Monitor internal and external correspondence ensuring appropriate reply or prompt delegation and tracking of actions in an independent manner
- Escalate necessary queries as appropriate
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements, adhering to policies and guidelines, and execute timely and accurate expense reporting for VP and MLT
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for projects and tasks while exploring opportunities to add value
- Work together with and contribute to Operations functions/meetings and team initiatives

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Associate degree or 2 to 4 years of direct working experience within an administrative capacity
2-4 years of calendar management
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams) and the capacity to learn new software in a timely manner.
Experience in anticipating and using independent judgement to perform tasks and logistical support up to and including presentations: team building activities, reports, record-keeping, correspondence, staff meetings, offsite events, coordinating technology and event space (i.e., booking conference rooms, ensuring the event/meeting space has video/audio capabilities, can accommodate audience size, etc.), lodging, travel arrangements, catering, etc.

- Show a high degree of accountability and integrity when dealing with confidential matters

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
